Shipping Information

SELECTED PERSONALLY, WRAPPED ELEGANTLY & DELIVERED RAPIDLY!

When you complete an order online, we understand you would like your order delivered as soon as possible. That's why all orders are dispatched via NZ Post,   CourierPost and DHL, all dispatched orders are trackable for your peace of mind.

Please allow 1-days production time for your order to ship-out.

We try our best to ship items as fast as we can. However, shipping times vary based on your time of purchase, selected shipping method and the location we are shipping to.

• South Island: Estimate 1-3 Business days

• North Island: Estimate 2-4 Business days

• Rural Delivery: Estimate 3-5 Business days

• International Delivery: Estimate 1-12 Business days Shipping fee’s depend on the size and weight of the items you have purchased.

• Overnight Orders: Need to be received before 12:30pm Monday - Thursday to be delivered on time. Orders placed on Friday will be delivered on the following Monday.

• Shipping Rates & Options will be specified at checkout, your selected method of shipping will reflect your estimated delivery date. 

• Orders received before 12:30pm Monday - Friday will be handled and dispatched that same day. Orders made on a Saturday and Sunday or on a public holiday will be dispatched the following business day.

• We are unable to offer delivery on weekends or public holidays. 

Tracking Numbers will be updated as soon as your order has been DISPATCHED. A confirmation email will be sent to you once you order has ben shipped and will include the tracking number for your order. You can use this number to check the status and location of your parcel.

If you do not have a tracking number after 3 business days please email us at customerservice@realdesignerdeals.com so we can look into it further.

For International Delivery:

Items in your order may be subject to taxes, customs duties and fees levied by the destination country ("Import Fees"). The recipient of the shipment is the importer of record in the destination country and is responsible for all Import Fees.

Pricing:

All prices are stated in New Zealand dollars and are inclusive of GST. Additional charges for shipping usually apply (please refer to our Shipping section).  All payments are in New Zealand dollars. Keep in mind that if you're outside New Zealand, your credit card issuer may apply charges for currency conversion.
