Real Designer Deals will exchange or refund any FULL PRICE ITEM(S) purchased. Less the shipping costs. Shipping charges are not refunded unless the item is incorrect or faulty.
DISCOUNTED ITEM(S) reduced by 10% - 29% can be returned for an exchange or online store credit. With an online store credit, we will email you a credit code. Using your credit code is easy! Just go onto our website and add the items you love into your cart as usual. When you get to checkout just insert your unique credit code into ‘Add Code’ section and click ‘Apply’. Proceed as you normally do to complete your order.
All items reduced by 30% off or more, are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned for a refund, exchange or store credit.
RETURN ITEM(S) must be returned within 10 days of purchase with the original receipt or other proof of purchase. Items received outside of this period will not be accepted. Customers are responsible for paying return shipping costs.
Returned items must be in original condition, unused condition, with original tags attached, not altered or washed. We are unable to accept items with signs of wear, heavy perfume or smoke. We will assess the item once returned to ensure it meets our criteria before a refund or exchange will be processed. We reserve the right to refuse the return if there are signs that the item has been washed, worn, damaged or it is not up to saleable quality.
All garments are shipped with a tag reading “DO NOT REMOVE" once this tag has been removed the garment is no longer returnable.
If you return a FINAL SALE ITEM(S) to us for a refund, exchange, or store credit, we will be unable to process it. We will arrange with you to have the item shipped back to you at your own expense.
Real Designer Deals is not liable for the loss of items being returned. We recommend only using a traceable delivery method and taking note of your tracking number.
Please note that any additional cost incurred due to currency conversion are considered the responsibility of the customer and will not be refunded.
Faulty Items:
Real Designer Deals stock only quality garments, we carefully screen our items for manufacturer faults before shipping. If you discover that your item has a fault please contact us at customerservice@realdesignerdeals.com within 3 days of receiving the item, with your invoice number and date of purchase. Real Designer Deals will happily repair or replace all items that are classified as faulty after assessment.
If we cannot repair or replace your item, we will refund you, including shipping costs. Items that are damaged as a result of wear and tear are not considered to be faulty. If you have an item that is faulty and you have worn it, it must be cleaned prior to us receiving it. Soiled returns will not be accepted.
What if my item is paid on Afterpay?
You just keep paying Afterpay as normal. Send the item back to us and provided you comply with our returns policy you will receive a credit code which can be used to purchase something else. Effectively you are paying off the credit code.
Availability:
We are in-store and online. When it is very busy in-store a product that you have selected to buy may be listed as being available, however there is the possibility that a shopper in-store may be purchasing the same item at the same time. If this does happen we will fully refund you 100% of your purchase.
